Our school's "UNESCO Ambassadors" gathered near the Hong Kong Museum of Medical Sciences in Central. Under the guidance of heritage experts, the students conducted a field study of a series of historic buildings, including the Bridges Street Centre (Chinese YMCA), the Hong Kong News-Expo, and PMQ (Police Married Quarters). Through this firsthand experience, the students gained an in-depth understanding of early life in Hong Kong, urban development, and historical methods of addressing challenges like pandemics. This trip effectively connected heritage conservation with contemporary social issues.
