Students recently watched a live broadcast of the Tiangong Classroom Hong Kong Macao Special Session, jointly organised by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region, and the China Manned Space Agency. The space lesson featured the Shenzhou 23 crew as space teachers, including Commander Dr Zhu Yangzhu, astronaut Mr Zhang Zhiyuan, and Dr Lai Ka Ying, the first Hong Kong payload specialist, who conducted live science experiments aboard the China Space Station and engaged in an earth to space interactive dialogue with students from Hong Kong and Macao. Through the broadcast, students expanded their knowledge of aerospace science, deepened their understanding of the nation's space technology development, and cultivated a spirit of exploration alongside a stronger sense of national identity.
